An athlete training comprises of both physical as well as mental training. And the kind and intensity of training that they need to follow depend upon the sports’ need. For instance, a basketball or soccer player need to work for agility and the cricket player or a disc thrower need to work for strength and stamina. Although, all sport persons need to work on all the aspects of physical training but their proportion of requirement changes in according to the need of a sport. And among the many required physical aspects, it is the speed of a player that often separates him or her from the pack.

· Prepare your body
